A Lindsay man held a cycling fundraiser on the weekend to give back to the Five Counties Children’s Centre.
Mike Hannah and others pedalled from Omemee to Lindsay in support of Five Counties.
Born with cerebal palsy, Hannhah says he received speech and occupational therapy at Five Counties in 1976.
That was a year after it first opened its doors in Peterborough to help children with physical, communication and developmental needs.
Hannhah says he’s grateful for that support and is encouraging others to donate.
He has raised over $4,000 for the organization – which is marking its 50th anniversary this year.
