Reaction as Carney removes tariffs on all U.S. goods covered by CUSMA

Prime Minister Mark Carney says Canada is removing all tariffs on U.S. goods covered under the Canada/ United States/ Mexico agreement (or CUSMA). Carney says Canada will retain tariffs on steel, aluminum and automotive products as Carney works with the U.S. to resolve issues. Some may see this as a weakness, but as Keith Baldrey reports, Carney made a point to mention that Canada still has a better trade agreement with the U.S. than other countries.
