Prime Minister Mark Carney says Canada is removing all tariffs on U.S. goods covered under the Canada/ United States/ Mexico agreement (or CUSMA). Some may see this as a weakness, but as Keith Baldrey reports, Carney made a point to mention that Canada still has a better trade agreement with the U.S. than other countries.
