Prime Minister Mark Carney has arrived in Europe. Carney will spend the next few days meeting with political leaders to discuss securing a ceasefire for Ukraine. He’s also shoring up economic alliances in the face of U.S. President Donald Trump’s trade war. The trip includes stops in Germany and Poland.
