A class-action lawsuit over the drug Rexulti has reached a $4.75 million dollar settlement on behalf of patients who took the drug. The lawsuit involves anyone in Canada who was prescribed the drug after Feb. 16, 2017 and experienced compulsive behaviors, or impulse control disorders.
