LaSalle College cancels classes amid dispute with Quebec government

LaSalle College has cancelled the first day of classes as a form of protest against a $30-million fine imposed by the Quebec government. The private school is accused of enrolling too many students in its English-language programs. Students say they feel caught in the middle of the political dispute. Elizabeth Zogalis reports.
