More than half of Canadians with U.S. properties, about 54 per cent, say they have either sold or plan to sell their homes south of the border. According to a Royal LePage report, a majority of those planning to sell and nearly half who have sold say the current political administration in the U.S. is a key factor why they’ve made the decision.
