Authorities are warning motorists that getting in, out or around the central part of Montreal by car will be a challenge this fall. Transport officials gave a rundown of the dozens of work sites operating around the city in the coming months. As Dan Spector reports, they delivered a jaw dropping admission about thousands of orange cones.
