Heading back to school can be both exciting and nerve-wracking, but for kids with disabilities, the transition often comes with added challenges. Desiree Da Costa, who has Cerebral palsy and works at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, joins Liem Vu to share how her book “All About Me and Cerebral Palsy” is helping kids have a better understanding of inclusion.
