Your money: Canada’s move to remove retaliatory tariffs

Prime Minister Mark Carney announced Canada is removing retaliatory tariffs on a range of U.S. goods, a move that could lower costs for consumers. On top of this, Washington is considering scrapping the ‘de minimis’ rule that helps keep online shopping costs down, a change that could hit Canadian consumers and small businesses hard.
