Modi and Xi reset India-China relations at high-stakes SCO summit

Despite years of deadly border clashes, the leaders of India and China appear to be resetting relations. Narendra Modi and Xi Jinping met at a regional summit in China on Sunday to bolster cooperation and potentially rebalance international relations.
