People in Montreal鈥檚 West Island turned out Sunday for the third annual Island F锚te – a celebration of Caribbean arts, food and culture, and to have one last summer bash before cooler weather sets in. It was day two of the event to make up for time lost on Saturday due to rain. It also falls on International Day for People of African Descent. Phil Carpenter reports.
