Trump illegally deployed National Guard in L.A., judge rules

A federal judge has ruled U.S. President Donald Trump broke the law when he deployed National Guard members to Los Angeles during the city’s anti-ICE protests in June. As Jackson Proskow reports, the ruling is not stopping Trump from vowing to send more troops to other American cities.
