Nova Scotia Power customers say rate increase after cybersecurity breach unfair

A proposed eight-per-cent rate increase over two years has customers of Nova Scotia Power fired up. Residents and advocates say the increase isn’t fair following this year’s cybersecurity breach. They’re also calling for more to be done to keep energy affordable. Angela Capobianco reports.
