The city of Montreal inaugurated its largest sponge park and is one step closer to becoming a sponge city. It’s part of the city’s response to extreme weather that caused severe flooding from rainwater in recent years. But as Phil Carpenter reports, some experts caution that this city has a long way to go in learning to live with water.
