Breakdance protest: NJ council candidate shows off dance moves to blast tax hike

A council candidate in Cranford, N.J., used his breakdancing skills to protest a recent property tax hike. Will Thilly is known for his antics at civic meetings and performed to a near silent room before getting to his speaking points about the tax increases and moonwalking back to his seat.
