Calgary’s busiest intersections will see the return of photo radar. This comes after the province gave police the green light to reinstate the use of automated traffic enforcement at what they call two high risk intersections. As contract talks between the town of Coaldale and its unionized employees appear to be breaking down, as of 4 pm this evening, the town has officially locked out dozens of employees after a dispute that has been escalating the talks for months.
