Speed camera vandals on rise in Toronto as fines issued at mass scale

A speed camera in Toronto has reportedly resulted in almost 70,000 tickets and millions in revenue, but it’s also been a target for vandals who have repeatedly damaged it. Over the weekend, the camera was cut down from its pole for the seventh time in the last year. Moosa Imran speaks with frustrated residents about how they want the city to respond.
