Oland Brewer threatening to leave Nova Scotia due to rising utility costs

A brewery that’s been operating in the Halifax area for more than 100 years is now threatening to pack up and leave. Oland’s says rising utility costs, like Halifax Water’s proposal to hike rates by 35 per cent, is creating an unfair business environment. Mitchell Bailey reports.
