Hydro-Québec officials say long-awaited relief is on the way for some two hundred residents in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, who are no strangers to frequent and random power outages. Crews will soon begin a work blitz in the Elm Park neighbourhood to repair the aging network. Brayden Jagger Haines reports.
