A new initiative, supported by the University of Alberta Hospital Foundation is aiming to transform dementia care in Alberta, by streamlining diagnosis and support for patients and their families. The Dementia Care Pathways project will introduce a provincial patient registry, clinical care pathways, and social health navigation tools. Quinn Ohler has more in Health Matters.
