A vandalism spree is targeting Toronto’s automated speed enforcement cameras, with 16 of them being damaged late Monday night and early Tuesday morning alone. As Eric Sorensen explains, it’s also fuelling a fiery debate over whether the cameras are a critical road safety tool or a cash grab.
