Family of Lapu Lapu Day survivor upset with recovery care

The family of a 30-year-old man who was badly injured in the Lapu Lapu Day tragedy is upset about his care. They say he has been moved to long-term care and they want him to be receiving more therapy. As Angela Jung reports, he was one of dozens hit and injured by an SUV driven into the crowd.
