New Brunswick SPCA says number of animal cruelty complaints up

The New Brunswick SPCA says animal cruelty complaints have increased by 50 per cent since 2020. Their new report shows 2024 was their busiest year in history and they’re overwhelmed by the demand. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
