A memorial was held Sunday for a toddler who’s life was tragically cut short after a car crashed into a Richmond Hill daycare. Loved ones are remembering 17-month-old Liam Riazati for his laughter and his curiosity. Amid the heartbreak, they are also demanding that his story brings change and action when it comes to safety surrounding the province’s daycares. Lexy Benedict reports.
