Toronto police have released the details of Toronto’s 29th homicide of the year. It has resulted in a number of charges laid against a 12-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man, including second-degree murder. As Jaden Lee-Lincoln reports, the two suspects allegedly went on a violent attack spree targeting the city’s vulnerable population on Aug. 31.
