ENMAX, TELUS, and city crews are each scheduled to dig up 1st Avenue and Edmonton Trail within the span of a year, leaving business owners worried about surviving another closure. Ward 9 Councillor Gian-Carlo Carra admits the lack of coordination is 鈥渘ot acceptable鈥� and says a one-dig policy should be a priority for council.
