Volunteers rolled up their sleeves at Beavermead Park in Peterborough Wednesday, taking part in a cleanup
It was led by the Nogojiwanong Friendship Centre and supported by Clean Up Peterborough which is a volunteer-driven initiative focused on reducing waste and protecting natural spaces. The centre is a hub for Indigenous programs and community support in peterborough. Volunteers were provided with gloves and bags as they collected litter throughout the park.
