Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney was in Mexico City Thursday where he and Mexican President Claudia Scheinbaum announced a 鈥渃omprehensive strategic partnership,鈥 which will scale up engagement in foreign affairs, trade, investment, agriculture, natural resources, energy, finance, health, the environment and public safety and security.
