On Friday, Canadian ice cream giant Chapman鈥檚 announced it would expand its operations and build a new facility in the small town of Markdale, Ont. 鈥� a project worth upwards of $200 million. The expansion is supported by $27 million from Doug Ford government鈥檚 Invest Ontario Fund.
