Following a statement from the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police pushing back against his plans to scrap automated speed cameras, Ontario Premier Doug Ford has doubled down on his thoughts that speed traps are simply a 鈥渢ax grab.鈥 鈥淭here’s a million different ways to slow people down, if that’s truly what they want to do,鈥 Ford told reporters Friday in Markdale, Ont.
