Some independent grocers to end alcohol sales over empty collection requirement

A number of Ontario independent grocers are threatening to stop alcohol sales ahead of the Jan. 1 deadline that will require them to take back empty bottles and cans. As Megan King reports, they have food safety concerns and point out that contracts were signed before the empties requirement was put in place.
