A suspect has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a 32-year-old Canadian man in Wisconsin earlier this week. Luis E. Cruz Burgos, 35, was arrested Friday for first-degree reckless homicide in the killing of Giovanni Michael Robinson in Sheboygan Falls. Robinson was killed in a drive-by shooting, while walking back to his Sheboygan Falls hotel during a golf trip.
