Canada is stepping up its role in one of the world’s toughest security missions. Members of the Royal Canadian Air Force and Royal Canadian Navy have been deployed to Japan as part of Operation Neon, a mission to monitor North Korean ships suspected of violating UN sanctions. Our Jeff Semple boarded one of the patrol flights to see the mission up close.
