Tens of thousands of Canada-bound truckers are stuck in the United States, after the Canada Border Services Agency experienced an IT outage earlier that weekend.
But while the CBSA says the outage has been resolved, the national voice for the trucking industry is wondering why truckers are still stranded in queues – some without food or necessities.
