Building Bright Futures: Grade 8 student plays major role in this year’s National Day of Truth and Reconciliation

Welcome to Building Bright Futures. We introduce you to Marshall Billings, a grade 8 Cataraqui Woods Elementary School student. Billings played a major part in this year’s National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, designing a shirt that was seen and purchased by people across the region.
