Monday marked a milestone day for Parliamentarians in Ottawa, as a motion put forward by the Conservative party aiming to repeal Canada鈥檚 criminal code under Liberal leadership 鈥 the 鈥楯ail Not Bail鈥 Act 鈥 was defeated. Liberals promised Tories would be 鈥渉appy鈥 to see their 鈥渕uch stronger鈥 and 鈥渕uch more comprehensive鈥 bill in the near future.
