Lutnick says Canada should adopt U.S.-first policy in domestic auto industry

U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick has commented that the U.S. must overtake Canada when it comes to vehicle manufacturing. Lutnick reportedly suggested Canada should take a U.S.-first, Canada-second policy when it comes to manufacturing cars. Colin D’Mello reports.
