A man accused of working for an international criminal gang has pleaded guilty to arson and intentionally discharging a firearm with reckless regard for someone’s life. The federal government lists the group that hired him as a terrorist entity. It’s also a group federal law enforcement has connected to the killing of a Canadian citizen in B.C. last year.
