Hours after a fatal blast at a Tennessee-based military explosives plant, authorities confirmed 19 people 鈥 now 18 鈥 were missing and feared dead. Speaking to reporters Friday, Humphrey County Sheriff Chris Davis said that the AES building in Hickman County was 鈥済one鈥 and described the incident as 鈥渙ne of the most devastating situations that I鈥檝e been on in my career.鈥
