U.S. President Donald Trump has departed for Tel Aviv, where he will engage with hostages and their families before heading to Egypt to formalize a peace deal between Israel and Hamas. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney will also join other world leaders at the signing ceremony on Monday. Plus, dozens of fighters were killed in overnight border clashes between Pakistan and Afghanistan, both sides said on Sunday, in the most serious fighting between the neighbours since the Taliban came to power in Kabul.
