New Brunswick to spend $7.4 million in emergency funding to help homeless people

As New Brunswick’s weather cools, the province is announcing emergency funding to help unhoused people move from tents into beds. This, as the province continues towards its goal of reducing chronic homelessness by 40 per cent. Anna Mandin reports.
