Lummi Nation takes B.C. gov’t to court over environment assessment process

The Lummi Nation is taking the provincial government to court over the environmental assessment process for projects in the Lower Mainland. The Washington State First Nation says B.C. has blocked them from being included on consultations. Richard Zussman has the details.
