Speaking at a border security announcement in Niagara Falls, Ont., on Friday, Canada Border Services Agency President Erin O’Gorman said the recent outages of inspection kiosks at Canadian airports were “not acceptable.” Public Safety Minister Gary Anandasangaree said he has asked O’Gorman to report on “some of the challenges” the equipment is facing within 30 days, but assured Canadians that “our systems work effectively.”
