Operation launched to raise St. Lawrence River water levels

Authorities began an extraordinary 36-hour operation at the Moses-Saunders Dam near Cornwall to boost water levels in the St. Lawrence River. Floodgates were opened to help marinas and boat owners struggling with unusually low conditions. The move is expected to free stranded vessels, but as Elizabeth Zogalis reports, it may not be enough for everyone
