Canada’s trade war with US, China fractures Carney’s ‘Team Canada’ approach

The Carney government’s moves on the border have been forced in part by the ongoing trade war with the United States. However, Canada’s economy is under pressure on two fronts: a trade war with the U.S. and one with China. Prime Minister Mark Carney has been trying to maintain a unified “Team Canada” approach, but cracks seem to be surfacing. Chief Political Correspondent David Akin has more.
