Canada cuts counter tariffs against U.S. and China

U.S. President Donald Trump just signed off on 25 per cent tariffs on medium and heavy truck imports starting next month. Now, there are exemptions on vehicles compliant with the CUSMA free trade agreement, but there are new questions on Canada’s response to tariff threats. As Mackenzie Gray reports, it appears the Carney government has quietly dropped more levies.
