A newborn baby was found unattended at a Manhattan subway station during the morning rush hour, police said. The NYPD say the child was discovered wrapped in a sheet at around 9:30 a.m. Monday on a set of stairs at Penn Station. Investigators have closed off the stairwell to collect evidence.
