At least 46 people are dead and dozens of others injured after two buses collided on Uganda’s Kampala-Gulu highway early Wednesday. Though the initial death toll was reported as 63, Uganda Police Force officials lowered it to at least 46 after some of the victims thought to be dead were actually unconscious.
