A law firm in Vancouver is announcing a class action lawsuit on behalf of one of the victims of the Lapu Lapu tragedy. All the other people who were injured will be invited to join. The B.C. government is reacting to the new federal bail reform legislation and there is a proposal to remove the second driver’s licence test for a novice driver to upgrade to a full licence.
