U.S. officials are speaking out a day after President Donald Trump made the decision to end ongoing trade negotiations with Canada. White House Advisor Kevin Hassett accredited the move to a number of factors, including a 鈥渓ack of flexibility鈥� from Prime Minister Mark Carney 鈥� who he said is 鈥渄ifficult to negotiate with鈥� 鈥� and 鈥渇rustration [that] has built over time.鈥�
